Hi,

My RavenEye has three blinking lights that blink non stop. I'm able to connect the app to it and I get the green status light.

In the Ronin app I'm able to see the camera's picture and I'm able to track objects. Unfortunately I'm not able to control the gimbal while connected to the RavenEye, e.g. if I try to recenter the gimbal by tapping on the first icon in the left I get an error stating 'Turn on motors to recenter gimbal'.

Also, the battery icon is always red and showing 0.

I've tried pretty much everything. All the cables are correctly connected. I'm using a Sony A7S III.

Any ideas?

Hi Alex, please try to switch to a different internet source, e.g. your mobile device internet, and check for the firmware update. Please try again after the device is updated to the latest version.
