Obviously not a P3 but some kind of Phantom with a GoPro. I have seen many of these types of videos and the common theme seems to be that when the Phantom goes into "Land Mode" it seeks out water and then descends with pilot desperatly trying to save the bird. My take is the bird hates its owner and is trying to end it all by going for a deep water nap (LOL).
