Hello guys,

I wanted to know if there is any issue with the camera or my settings are just wrong, but every video that I try to take is very grainy like the one below:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x-FZOwr3Ugc2Tuqgkz9DimytKQ6_T2UM

The photos taken on the other side are not grainy at all with the same settings. Any help with it would be greatly appreciated as it renders all the videos useless.

Thanks beforehand!

It's a bit hard to tell without knowing what settings you are using.
Your ISO setting is the first thing to check.
Where are you getting the video file from?
Are you getting the full resolution video file from the SD card?

Hi, mario_rodriguez. Thanks for reaching out! As already been asked, we recommend checking the current settings you've used when taking the video. If you have enabled video caption under the camera settings, we recommend uploading the .srt file separately. Please make sure that the video you have uploaded comes directly either to the Internal Storage or the SD card in full resolution and not from the DJI GO 4.

Thanks all for your replies!

I was using a 3200 ISO, 25fps, 1/300 shutter and no ND filters whatsoever. I tried using different settings today (ISO: 110, 1/30 shutter) but there was a lot of grain still.

Again, thanks for all your help!

i think it is best to keep iso low. between 100 and 200. 30 fps shutter 1/30

Take a picture of your M2P camera from the outside.  We need to determine if anything is on your lens.

Try NORMAL profile (not HDR or DLOG) with following settings by day:
Iso 100
FPS: 30
Shutter: 1/60

If it is too light, go to FPS: 60, Shutter: 1/120.

Apply the 180 degrees rule...than post on youtube the 4K or 1080p video, without altering it with any programs, straight from your card...
And we can advice you.
