Today I opened a case for the replacement of my damaged Mavic Air 2. I completed the payment (PayPal sent me the receipt), but I haven't received any email from DJI so I don't understand what I have to do now.

On the case detail page I see the words "Send Your Product".
What does this mean? Do I have to send the product myself?


I thought I would receive a label from UPS. Didn't you?
Please explain.
