Hello everyone!

So, just started out with the RS2, but already ran into an issue that I couldn't really find a solution for on Google.
When I'm trying to do active tracking, the camera starts to shake vigorously from left to right (as if dissapointed in me).
Even though I have a calm background, it still does this.

Perhaps the issue is related to the following: When I draw a green scquare, to tell the Ronin what to track, the square is really big even though I try to make a really small square. It's always fitting me completely in the square instead of just my face for example.

Does anyone have a similar experience and found a solution?

Thank you for your time!

Hello there, thank you for reaching out. Could you please check the balance condition by testing the balance on the Ronin app? What is the camera and lens dis you use?
And were you square the tracking object on the built-in screen or on the Ronin app with your mobile device?

Thanks

you need to dial back the tracking speed. If the speed is set to high depend on focal length the Ronin will act like this. Bring it down below 10 and fine tune it to your needs.
