With the new update it is possible to use DJI Fly 1.2.2 on the smart controller.
Have anyone tried to pair it with Mini 2 after the update?

yes. And no it is not possible to pair. The SC needs an firmware update to be able to pair with the Mini2.

Thanks a lot for confirming it. I'm interested in the SC, if they don't make it compatible I'll have to purchase a spare device to act as the controller screen.

DJI had a survey in the fly app when I flew my mini yesterday. The more people that ask for it to be compatible. DJI may just might listen.

Good to know, I did not fly for more than a week, I was hoping for good weather this weekend

I think SC will never be compatible with Mini2 and Air2. The app on it is a 32bit app and Mini2 and Air2 needs 64bit app and hardware. Maybe a SC-2, if ever, it will be for Mini2 Air2 and Mavic3.

Hummm, that is something I didn't know.

I was hoping to be possible as DJI always reply as "currently" not compatible. I thought that if it was not possible to make compatible they would reply differently.

I have opened the app after knowing about the survey and it was there, it pops up as soon as the app open.
But could not see any custom field to add suggestions.

The Air 2 and DJI Fly are already on the SC.  We just need them to juice it up with the Mini 2.  DJI, please make the Mini 2 compatible with the Smart Controller.
