I broke my drone and sent it in to be repaired. Ups then preceeded to lose it. I tried to start a claim but they told me i couldn't cause dji was paying for the shipping, after a few angry text exchanges they told me they started a claim and would be contacting dji. That was over a month ago and i have heard nothing. Been droneless for way too long now, for what have should have been an easy fix with a new drone being sent to me with the dji express refresh.
