Ronin SC roll balance

I have tried numerous times to get my SC balanced and alway find the test to say rebalance Roll Axis.  The calibration also says 100 each time, which can't be right.  Any insight on what could be wrong?  I'm sure I have the camera (Eos RP and 50 mm lens) balanced adequately, so there must be something else going on

Hi Mike, please check the tutorial and make sure that the camera is setting up properly. Please also update the Ronin app and the firmware to the latest version. Perform auto-tune, advance calibration and system calibration as well. If the issue persists, please provide us with a video of the balancing of the camera and gimbal, I'd love to check more about the issue.

Here's some videos to help show that the camera is it well balanced on ask axes and also that when the motors go on, the roll motor is not engaged.

Here you can see that the roll stiffness is not correct or broken
