Hello all, I need some advice I've recently purchased a used zxt2, I was told it was a ZXT2A19FR however the packaging had a label stuck to it see photo it indicates it is a ZXT2B19FR to me that indicates the res of 336, before purchasing I asked if the model of XT2 was a ZXT2A19FR and was told it was.
I'm doubting which model it is. The seller (reputable company) told me the camera had been shipped in the wrong box, but the label shows serial number for the DJI gimbel and that matches the serial number on the gimbel.
My question is how can I check there is no serial number on the camera only on the gimbel. I may end up calling the support team at FLIR to see if they can help or is there someone here, camera cost me 5k so if it's not what I wanted they can have it back.

The following problem occurs for me: On the Crystal Sky Monitor in conjunction with the Cendence RC for Matrice 210 V1 I have neither an image of the Zenmuse XT2 nor a map via DJI Pilot 1.6.1. Using a Galaxy Tab A with Pilot v2.5.1.17 I get a map but no image from the camera.
