Shakey video footage with zoomed lens xt3 and xf 16-55mm 2.8 for video, no stabilization :

What are the best settings on a gimbal for my footage with a zoomed-in lens of 16-55mm ? When I'm on the 55mm I have a shakey footage.  At 16mm its almost good.  I callibrate the gimbal on the half of the zoom around 35mm.


Do i need a Lens strap for this lens ?  See the footage....
