Hello All and DJI Support.

Thank you very much in advance to help me fix my problem.

I could not find same problem in the forum.

I bought a new OM 4. I started it, firmware updated and connected it to my iPhone 11 Pro max. it tills fully down or up. I calibrated it many times but after that tilts again.

when back camera is on it tilts down and when front camera is on it tilts up. I checked it with Samsung Note 9 and Huawei P Smart and iPhone 12. all the same! Clamp is at the center.

I removed the DJI MIMO app and install again but not work. Calibrating did not help in all mobile phones mentioned.

What should I do?
