Hi, hoping someone can assist on a second hand Mavic Air 2 I’m looking at buying.
Just wanting to check how old (first registered) the drone is and what of any care refresh may be available.
Serial number is 3N3BH9N01200S0.

Hi, another additional question. Is it possible to add care refresh to a Mavic Air 2 that is 6 months old and never had care refresh? I’ve been advised the unit is in damaged and uncrashed.

Found it.
You need to be on a PC to get the full screen including the content your screenshot displays.
I was using the app and also trying on a mobile phone.
