How tiny? If it can be seen with the naked eye, replace it. If it can only been seen with an electron microscope, replace it anyway. I fly with chipped props all the time, but then I am certifiable crazy;-)
Feel the neck and use an emery nail file and feel for any burs by running your finger lengthwise in top and bottom. Only remove the burr.
I do it all the time.
Hello there. Thank you for reaching out and for these inquiry. If your DJI Mini 2's propeller is scratched, bent, or chipped please replace them immediately for flight safety purposes. Damaged propellers can lead to unwanted incident when flying your DJI Drone. Thank you and fly safe always.
Too risky to take a chance. Props are cheap. If you fly with a chipped prop and then crash it will cost you much more than the price of replacing the bad prop.
If mine is unstable and drifting after take off I would definitely change them. I just use common sense. A nick is different than a chunk missing.

No, replace them. If they have a piece missing, they are compromised. They could fail altogether on the next flight, cause motor load errors. All sorts of problems. Not worth all the possibilities for a few bucks.
