I don't see my new MA2 under my profile next to MM and MM2.. how do I add it ? it comes under the light distance : 547438 ft

It should add automatically when you activate it from new ( second hand or refurbished wont appear) with the same email address as your forum account.   If you've done that sometimes logging out and back into the forum can help.

I tried and didn't show up,, I bought it used actually..
and binded it to my E-mail in the App by SN.

If its used it will not show up,  only the first person to activate it gets the image in the forum.

I know,  I bought a couple of DJI products that were refurbished and they also will not show up either.

Hello there hhasanain. I am sorry fro the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. As posted by DAFlys above if the said DJI drone is a used drone and has already been activated before by the previous owner. We are sorry that the activation information of DJI drone can not be changed and the said Forum icon on your DJI Forum page will not show. Thank you and fly safe always.
