I have Air 2, up to date everything... And there is lag on the video when i try to watch from PC/MAC.
I realised the problem is with H265.  I swaped to H264, works perfect...

Can you fix it with the new firmware update please.

H265 needs a really new CPU to watch without any lag,  its a known issue and not fixable inside the drone.

My 3 year old laptop lagged terribly trying to use H265.  My new laptop has the latest CPU and graphics and has no issue with H265.

Your CPU is ancient, you need at least a 6th generation Intel Core processor for hardware-accelerated H.265 decoding support. The 11th generation is out now, your processor is from the 4th generation.

As mentioned H265 needs some thing that is i7 7th series or above.  I'd recommend i7 9 series 16gb ram (min) dedicated GPU nVidia 1080 or later.
