I have two controllers and I haven't used one in over a year.  I am trying to charge it and the charge lights will blink one, then two then four, flas four a few times and then go back to the one, then two, then four routine.  I have charged it for over four hours.  When I take i off charge, I still onl get three lights lit?  any ideas as to why this is happening?
