ActiveTrack doesn't work after the firmware was updated. It was fine before but it is not function after the firmware was updated recently.

I am using Samsung Galaxy S20+ and OM4. Please help.

Hello there. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo application on your Samsung Galaxy S20+ to see if the issue will still persist? Thank you.

ActiveTrack came back after the app had been uninstalled and then re-installed again. It is fine right now. Thanks for your help.
