Hello,
I started a repair request.
The number is  CAS-5922401-J6S2H5.


I sent the drone to
Daelderweg 21,6361 HK NUTH,The Netherlands
at my own expense.
But, one day later I received the email for a UPS pick-up-service.
Unfortunately, the drone was already sent.
That was 8 days ago and the status of my order on the website has still not changed.
What can I do ?

Hello,
thank your for your replay.
I'm afraid, there are no tracking details.
I sent it as "German Päckcken".
I only have the receipt for billing.
In the paket I put a piece of paper with case details
with my case number.




What can we do ?

Hello,
I know now, that I make a misstake to send the package on my own.
But, what can we do?  Please help me.
The status is always on "To be Received" (since 12 days)

Is there a telefon-number or email-address of the service station
in netherland?
