Hi - my mavic pro just started reporting no sd card when there is one (that's worked since i got it).  latest firmware.  tried another card.  both cards 64 gb sandisk formatted exfat.

MP will not format the card (since it doesnt think it's there). Any ideas?  MP was hauled arounnd asia in a suitcase but worked fine everywhere.  when back in US, first flight wont focus or provide camera options.

Hi, pyroxmangite. Thanks for reaching out and posting your concern. Please connect the aircraft to your computer/laptop with the microSD card plugged in, turn it on, and check whether the microSD card can be detected. If it does, please perform a camera reset thru the DJI GO 4 or do a firmware refresh via the DJI Assistant 2. If it can't be detected, we recommend returning the aircraft back for further testing.
