Hi,

I just unboxed the drone, goggles, and controller and when I turned on the fpv goggles i saw some yellow/green spots. I thought they would go away eventually or when updating firmware, but then, after a google search, I read about spots appearing on fpv goggles from overheat or sun exposure. I haven't exposed mine to the sun since i literally just got them and did the whole firmware update indoors.

Could this have happened during shipping? Maybe the box was exposed to heat?

I bought the FPV Combo from B&H Photo

Hey, thanks for your reply.

I already went ahead and contacted DJI Support since I got no answer from B&H Photo Video, sadly.

They (DJI Support) asked me for my contact information and product information last night, in fact. I sent the information and they gave me instructions to send it for replacement.

What I didn’t have clear was if I had to send the whole FPV Combo (drone, goggles, controller, and accessories) or just the goggles (with or without antennas or it’s battery).

The dots you are talking about are dead pixels.
The goggles are faulty. Dead pixels shouldnt exists on new panels.

An update on this issue.

The store (B&H Photo) told me to send the whole FPV Combo back for an exchange. I did. The second one came with the activation issue on the goggles. Couldn't activate them, so, they told me to also send those (FPV Combo) back for another exchange. Still waiting for the third drone to see if there will be no problems.
