Hello:
I have just received my RSC 2 Pro kit from Adorama yesterday. I have set up and balanced the gimbal with my Panasonic S1 and 24-105 lens.
The gimbal will not control the camera. I have used camera cable 1 (usb-c to usb-c). The DJI app under Status/Checklist shows that I have bluetooth connection but there is a exclamation mark next to the item Camera Control Cable.

The gimbal's firmware is up-to-date (no pop-up when I connected with the app). The camera firmware is 1.6 and the lens firmware is 1.1 - both up-to-date.

I have set USB Mode in the camera to PC(Tether) and USB Power Supply to Off. When I start the camera, there is a message "USB power supply is unavailable. Power supply is insufficient for connected devise."

Is this just a forum in which just other users talk to each other? Or is there actual DJI support here?
