Hey,

I have a DJI Mavic AIr.   I had a crash, and it looks like one of the arms popped off.  Doesn't seem to snap back on, cable is intact.  Didn't want to try to push too hard, seems to be some sort of spring mechanism in the socket.  Any ideas what to try?  See photo.

Hello there mar10029.  I am sorry to read and to know what happened to your DJI Mavic Air. Since there was a crash that happened before. It would be best to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support for further assistance. We have a team that will do there best to assess the said DJI drone and give out the best resolution for this issue. Again, I am sorry for this trouble and thank you.
