I would like to ask open question how it is possible to sell so many products without providing good level of service and repair.
My Phantom 3 was crashed - my fault - on the second 2 day after purchase. Gimbal is broken.
Unit was send to Dji Europe. Now I have to wait at lease 15 working days to get quotation of repair costs. In my opinion it is unacceptable to wait so long. If you are buying product worth more then 1500 EURO you want seller to provide service time on acceptable level for example 14 days.
Let me know what do you think about this problem with Dji. |
