I've seen some discussions whether which is the best case for the DJI FPV. There is some great aftermarket protecting boxes out there but it takes most likely a car to transport it.
I take my drone sometimes with me by hiking or biking with a Notebook Backpack. I'm reusing the foam parts from the packing of the drone and the fly more kit as protection and a small plastic box for the propellers and antennas. I have also placed some foam into the plastic box, ensuring that nothing rattles when I'm on my way.
I use it now for 2 weeks in some sessions and it works fine - maybe I can inspire someone by sharing this.

Pretty innovative! I’m trying to decide which way to go for my drone transport. This is a great DIY option. Thanks for sharing!

I went one step further: I didn't like to put the props on and take them off so I got a bigger backpack (carry on size) that fits a foam thing that can be shaped to my liking and an additional Mini 2.

4,8 kg with landing pad and without chargers and stuff. 2 drones, 2 controllers, goggles, 2x3 batteries.
