A few months back I had my Mavic Mini replaced but hadn't used the new one until now (because it was winter).  After successfully linking to the new drone and updating all firmware and Flysafe database I was ready to fly.  But I keep getting a motor failure issue and it fails to take off.  It looks to be the front left motor as the propellers try to spin but don't while the others do.  This is a new drone so I didn't expect this problem.  Anyone know of a potential solution to the failed motor before I contact product support?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties that you encountered. Could you show us a screenshot of the error message in your app? At the same time, please record a video about the front left motor issue, we'd like to help you check it. Thanks.

Thank you for replying.  Attached is a screen shot of the app showing the message "Starting motor failed.  Check whether motor is blocked."  As far as I can tell the motor does not appear blocked.

Sorry for the late response. Under this situation, you are recommended to send the drone in for a thorough diagnosis. Please contact our support team via http://www.dji.com/support to open a case and then send it in. Thanks.
