Hi.

Just received a new replacement Mavic 2 Pro from DJI.

Just cannot update the firmware.  Assistant reports "Cannot load firmware list.  Please retry."

Steps so far:

Using a Mac.
Uninstalled and reinstalled DJI Assistant - version 1.2.4 now installed - made no difference.
Drone battery power is at 95%.
Tried updating via the DJI4 app.
Precise Fly database (both) checked and reporting up to date.  Likewaise the Basic Flysafe database.
Aircraft - check for update tried to update but doesn't report back.  Version shown is 01.00.0670

Any help appreciated.

Can you please try to download the DJI Assistant 2 once again from our DJI link ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/softwares/assistant-dji-2-for-mavic ) for us to be able to isolate the said issue? Thank you.

I can already see that this is a different link and a different version of the Assistant that I downloaded....  I downloaded from here: https://www.dji.com/uk/downloads/softwares/assistant-dji-2 and it was Ver.1.2.4.  Reached this page via a Google search.  So I'm guessing that this is the issue (I will find out soon enough).

I actually tried via a PC last night and managed to refresh the firmware - I've just checked and (weirdly) the version of Assistant downloaded onto the PC was indeed the newer 2.0.14... I say weirdly because again I just did a Google search for DJI Assistant download but it clearly took me to a different page.

Perhaps an explicit warning on this page: https://www.dji.com/uk/downloads/softwares/assistant-dji-2 would be helpful?

I'll try this now on a Mac and report back.

V2.0.14 installed and all good.

The same thing happens to me with V2.0.14) dji assistant 2 for mavic.

Thank you for your help, it only happens when I connect the RC.
