Hi,

First time poster, but had issue for a while.

Mavic Air 2 giving me jumpy footage, but it’s visible on my phone screen as it’s happening, ie not a playback issue.

I’ll say too, I’ve had this when I’m not recording as well.

It’s not the SD card, I’m using SanDisk Extreme 128 GB microSDXC... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07FCMKK5X?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share this at the moment but have tried others, but it happens in internal memory as well.

4K down to 1080, any frame rate.
Any weather conditions.
Drone not been dropped, crashed etc.
Can happen in any direction - straight, turning etc.

Example from this morning on Loch Lomond.

I’m losing so much time, because I’m regularly having to take same shot multiple times to get the finished product, and some of the stuff I’ve taken but has been useless breaks my heart!

Any suggestions?  All comments gratefully received!

Ta.

I would try formating the SD card and internal storage.

Done, several times. I’ve tried everything I can imagine but to no avail, hence my last ditch attempt for guidance on here.
It’s not an SD card issue though, I’m pretty sure. Surely you would only see that on playback of video? This happens when it’s not even recording (although not as often as when I’m recording).
Pictures etc, all first class.

In reality, I think there’s a problem with drone but was just wondering if I’m overlooking something.

Hello there Luthers Volvo. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Since this issue is happening on your DJI Mavic Air 2. I would recommend you to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance and for us to check the said DJI Drone. We would do their best to help you and then the corresponding resolution would be provided. Again, I am sorry for the trouble and thank you.

Hi.

I bought a battery warmer and it seemed to solve the problem.
