Yes,  there are a number of lakes around the canal which are heavily used for fishing,   the place has been on my todo list for a while,  but I need a bright day to get some good IR shots.  Last visit it was flooded.

Indeed,  todays visit was a recon mission to find it and work out where the sun would be etc.   I will be going back as its only .7miles from parking.
