At the foot of Kithairon, in a beautiful pine-covered location, is the Monastery of Osios Meletios, one of the most important centers of ascetic life during the Byzantine era.
The history of the monastery is connected with the action of Saint Meletios the Younger, who was the reformer of the ascetic life in Greece.
The monastery gained great fame and maintained its prosperity until the 16th century.
In the monastery there are interesting Byzantine and newer buildings that stand out for their sculptural and painting decoration, while in an underground crypt is the tomb of Saint Meletios.

Very nice and smooth footage Tasos. May I ask a question? Do you use ND filters at all? Just try to learn about this and it seams confusing for me, as some experts does not seam to agree for general footage. I have looked at several videos here in the forum.

I rarely use ND filters. Only if I have to fly at noon in a very bright day

Thank you for your reply Tasos. Your videos always looks very good, so I am happy to hear your experiences without ND filters. I will save myself to start of with not using ND filters this summer and see how it looks. Not much to film in winter and spring yet up here in the north. It is all grey and no leaves on the trees, boring............ You have a wonderful country and so much incredible nice heritages to film. Love all of what you film.
