For the consumer models without a battery heater I wonder about the viability of a jacket or gel pack to keep it toasty?

Am I correct in assuming this guy doesn't know about snow melting, becoming water,and invading the motors resulting in oxidation of the cores? Seems like product abuse to me.

Hi DAFlys, have you try with your existing Mavic air 2 battery, I tested my flight with one of the mavic air 2 battery with the Air 2s the flight time was 24mins to 10%.
However, I remember flying the air 2s with a brand new fully charged battery in windy condition with only 15 mins to 15% a few days ago, haven't fly it again yet since then. I wonder if the old air 2 battery have better quality then the new battery come with the air 2s
