I have bought the Ronin SC and after calibrating it without problem, when connecting it via USB with the cable it does not recognize any function from the mobile.

I have tried two different phones, a Samsung S10 + and an OPPO Ultra and neither works well .. they both fail the same.

If I give it to record from the mobile it does not work, it has ever started to record and when I press STOP, the camera continues recording ignoring the order.

The ActiveTrack tracking does not work either, the camera starts to spin without sense, being calibrated 100% with everything EXCELLENT.

I have checked and my model is already 100% Ronin-SC compatible.

Solved in part, the solution (nonsense) has been: Reset all the parameters of the Ronin-SC unit and reconfigure.  Now everything EXCEPT the "Tracking" works for me with ActiveTrack ...  It doesn't track properly and gets lost in tracking spinning mindlessly.

Can someone help me about it?
