I was trying to calibrate the sensors via Assistant 2 (CDS) and everytime I get finished and the software is calculating, I get the following error (see screenie).
Additionally, the USB-C cable that comes with the aircraft is not nearly long enough to accomplish the task with my Microsoft Surface Studio 2. I do have a longer USB-C cable which has worked in the past to calibrate other DJI aircraft. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello there KLRSKIR. I am sorry to know that you are having issues in calibrating the sensors of your DJI Air 2S and thank you for reaching out. Please try to calibrate the said drone using a monitor display of 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Please set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. ( Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200.) Please keep us posted for further assistance and thank you.

Thanks for the reply Stephen. The screen is a flat 28". I've used this computer to calibrate my entire fleet, from a P4A to the current M2S.

I'll sit tight and wait a few weeks. I can say that it calibrated my MA2, M2 and M2P with no issues minutes prior to the error with the new A2S.

With the application of the new firmware update v02.04.16.90 to the aircraft I can now successfully calibrate the aircraft without any issues.
