I just purchased an Air 2S Fly more combo, and one of the batteries is refusing to charge, and when I put it in the drone, the drone immediately turned on, and the screen is saying battery cell error, I think this battery is DOA.

My serial number for the Air 2S is: 3YTBJTS003015R

The Battery SN is: 1Z3XHCPEG007H2

I bought this from your Amazon Store, is there anyway to get a battery replacement?

Yeah, contact CHAT support, NOT email (takes too long), you should get the approval of a new battery by support for talking to them for 1-2 day, then 3 working days for them to send you the coupon (includes tax, shipping 100% cost of the battery, everything), then 1-2 days (or longer in you live far from I think California and Texas) for the shipping.
So 2+3+2=7 days
You should get it in around 1 week, you should in 90% of the case get in before the 2-week mark.
