My DJI smart controller disconnected from my account and not sign in saying request timedout (today). I am using Agras T20 and the smart controller with that. Additionally it disconnecs from wi-fi time to time and not stable. how to solve this 2 issues

Hi, arul130976. Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to read about the difficulties you're experiencing. Please check whether you can log in back to your DJI Account by going to the Settings > Account. For the Wi-Fi issue, please confirm if you're experiencing this only to a specific Wi-Fi network, if not, go to Settings > Wireless & Networks, then perform a Network Settings Reset and check if that would resolve the problem.
