Hello, my phone just died. Thats happen. I bought a New one, an Asus ZenFone 7.
Dji go 4 app doesnt start and crash everytime. I have try to reinstall, clean cash, debug mode... Nothing.
The dji fly app work well, but i have a Mavic air 1, not compatible...
So i can't use my drone anymore ???
Do you have any tips to load ils Android version or fly with dji fly app ??? Im Lost.
Please i need to fly

Yes i have. Directly from dji. I tried also older version with clean of dji djiv4 folder in android

Please extract the crash logfile from your mobile device. It can be found under the file path: Local file//DJI/dji.go.v4/LOG/CRASH. The crash log is a TXT file.

Please upload the crash log either via DropBox or GoogleDrive then reply with the link here.

Hi, there. Based on our initial findings, we have confirmed that the issue was caused or is related to the Bluetooth function. Please check if Bluetooth was turned on during the time of use. If it does, please turn it off while using the DJI Fly. Kindly let us know if it helps.
