Can someone explain to me in the dumbest terms possible why having a fixed aperture matters for the Air 2S? I don't have the M2P so I really don't have anything to compare shots by. So far I'm happy with the shots I'm getting with the 2S but I'm feeling antsy that I may be missing out on something. Thanks!

It means you have to shoot everything at full open and have none of the flexibility real photographers like.

Cost is less, like most low-end digital cameras.
