Regarding Ronin series, if it has been activated over 48 hours and would love to purchase DJI Care Refresh, you may need to send the unit back to our service center for an overall inspection first, you can start an online service request at Ihttps://repair.dji.com/repair/index.
Then you will receive an email invitation to purchase DJI Care Refresh for the gimbal within 72 hours after the unit is being sent back to you.
The Video verification process is not supported on Ronin series at the moment. Thank you.
