I take it the LAANC does not refer to the Locally Active ANC (African National Congress = ruling political majority party and definition of an Ineptocracy and ruling members of the thieves guild and assassins guild) who cant even keep our aircraft in the air without govermunt funding.

Sorry for you, maybe make a plan to fly below 0 ft - what would happen if you fly a drone (fpv) upside down? does it not then regisster the height as minus?
