That was amazing first flight,   and very trusting letting him fly it like that.

Uh oh.  That was pretty good flying for a newbie.  Hopefully, he will not get too comfortable, especially if he is borrowing your drone.  LOL.

I have a cinewhoop drone and it's hard enough for me to fly.  I'm just not up to the challenge of the DJI FPV.  I still crash my cinewhoop occasionally but it is easy and cheap to repair.

He hasn't tried it since
