So, I have Mavic mini for a while now and used it a lot. But last time I've tried to launch it failed to connect the controller and drone. And failed to pair it. I can't install the latest firmware also because of that. I'm located in Ukraine. Any advice?

Spec:
Mavic Mini
One Plus 6 Android Oxygen 10.3.10
Samsung Evo plus 64GB
DJI Fly 1.2.1


What I've tried already:
- remove SD card
- reboot phone
- clear cash in DJI Fly (except for flights history)
- tried to pair in hardware way (buttons on controller and drone)
- submitted a ticket to support.
UPD:
- reinstall the App to the 1.4.2 version
- checked the Samsung Galaxy s9 phone
- tested the cable and it's working

What is your screen showing.
Is the light on the drone blinking Green. If so it's connected to the controller.
I'd be checking the cable between the controller and your device.
I have seen those go bad.

Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device and try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly application from this DJI link ( https://www.dji.com/mavic-mini/downloads ) for us to be able to isolate the said issue. In addition I will post a DJI tutorial video on DJI Mavic Mini | How To Link The Remote Controller. Thank you.

I've reinstalled the app, checked the cable and it's working. When I plugged the controller I've got a message "Do you want to open DJI FLy app?"  I've tried the Samsung Galaxy s9 and it's not working also. Although I don't have another phone to test.

But the issue still here. What I've also noticed is that I have some weird problems with a location, it's showing that I'm somewhere in the middle of the ocean near Africa.

So any help? I still have this problem. Right now your drone is useless for me, it's doesn't fly.

I've noticed a new firmware update, specifically for Ukraine. I've installed it and my drone is working now.
