I have purchased a new mini 2, and installed everything and all is fine untill.... i tried to change the video settings.... ik can tap video, and video again. but NO settings. no 4k no 2.7 no dronie, no rocket.. etc. if i tap on video simply nothing happens...

anyone an idea?

did download the latest fly app, today and the drone has all new firmware... oh and if it flies or not, no diffrerence, and the sd card is an reccomended one from DJI.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. May I know what mobile device are you using? Please try to make sure that you are in the Normal mode when trying to change the video settings or attempting to make a quick shot?  You may also try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your mobile device for us to further isolate the issue. Please keep us posted.
