Using H265 in DLOG and at night when filming video of the ground with street lights, the video flickers, any idea why?

Since you are in United Kingdom you need to shot at 25fps or 50fps. If you shot at 30fps or 60fps electrical lights will flicker. Because electrical current there is 50Hz you have to match the fps so you dont see the flicker.
