I can't explain it and it could be me. But every photo I look at, the bottom left corner looks like it's blurrier than the rest.

Where  can I upload a DNG to show? Thanks.

you should really post samples, but DNG files are to large will be reduced to max 2mb, distortion should still show up so can be seen here.

Mainly on the bottom left-hand corner, the solar panel one especially, you can see the focus going and it's blurrier.

I see a little corner softness in the solar panel picture as well.  Realize even $1,000 dslr lenses can have a little corner softness especially at 2.8 ftstop if you pixel peep....

Thing is the softness ruins the panoramics though as there's noticeable softness in random areas of the photos. And I've  spoken to 2 people  who own the Air 2s and say they don't have that issue...and they're professional photographers so I don't know.

Try recalibrating the gimbal.
