Problem connecting RC with drone every time

Hello DJI
Since the first day I got my Air 2S I have problem connecting
Remote with the drone.
Either I start thw remote first or the drone it does not connect.
I need to power off power on both one or two times to establish connection.

Is there a hidden procedure or somehing?
Please help me fix this.

Kindly please try to refresh the firmware of the DJI Air 2S remote controller and then the DJI Air 2S drone to see if the issue will persist. If the issue still persist it would be best to contact our DJI Support Team at https://www.dji.com/support for us to be able to assist you further with regards to this matter.
