No I am NOT! I am a motorcyclist, been one since the 80's. Refuse to be a biker - don't particularly like bikers in fact.

Essentially a motorcyclist is more"beschaafd" if i can create a word. Bikers tend to be show offs and unruly. In Afrikaans we have a word "breker" one who breaks things, which goes well with biker.
I have attended a number of rallys and found that while everyone else was drinking and being generally obnoxious and having "fun" I was out riding in areas that I could not normally get to and having "fun".

As an example, the lady - Itchy Boots   Noraly Schoenmaker is a motorcyclist. Another example of a motorcyclist is Pavlin from Bulgaria (https://www.youtube.com/c/motorcycleadventures) who terms himself a motorcycle travellar.
I used to ride extensively on unpaved roads and wish I had my drone in those days. I have posted some of my rides on YT but dont get many views - am considereing starting a separate channel for that.

ah OK,  so to put it in more American terms Bikers are like the Hells Angels.  . and Motorcyclist is law abiding rider.  Gotcha.
