Please be advised that the activation code is being provided if you purchased the service plan from a dealer and not from our official online store. Thanks for the reply. I bought mine from Amazon uk, which includes refresh care package.

The package includes a card with a hidden password on it, but no activation code. so I am not sure where to go next |
