OSMO 3 ACTIVATION CODE for care refresh

I am trying to register my osmo 3 for care refresh.
As many suggested, I tried https://service.dji.com/care/active. However, I have no idea where to get the activation code.
I have also tried https://service.dji.com/djicare/coverage with my SN, but it says the incorrect number, which totally lost me.

How could a service registration be so difficult
Please advise

Please be advised that the activation code is being provided if you purchased the service plan from a dealer and not from our official online store. Thanks for the reply. I bought mine from Amazon uk, which includes refresh care package.

The package includes a card with a hidden password on it, but no activation code.  so I am not sure where to go next

Since you purchased the service plan from a dealer and received an activation card, it should indeed have a hidden password wherein you need to kindly scratch the card in order for us to see the password.
