Ok so the good news is someone found my phantom, nowhere near where it should of been.

It definitely needs a make over from dji so can anyone please advise me on how to do this? Here in the UK so where and how do I send it off

Otherwise its send it off to Germany for the DJI European Service Centre.

Verify with them that they do the warranty work or else you might get charged. If it's still under warranty and they will do it that way.
