I would like to ask if it's normal for air 2 to have this kind of jello vibration over footage as here below:



It can be visible even more when I go to manual mode and set shutter to low value like 1/2000s
60% - 80% of my footage is unusable,


Note:
- No error messages
- Drone never crashed / no damage
- No filters over lens
- Original propellers
- Latest firmware

Can this be fixed under warranty?

Hi, djiuser_3uiA3mLhquon. Thanks for reaching out! Please let us know if you're only experiencing this when the video is zoomed in digitally. If you haven't tried, we suggest doing a gimbal calibration and see if that also helps.

Hi, gimbal calibration does not help at all, other calibrations too...
In this case I zoomed in to show it better. It also happens in every other mode. On live view and footage. It's more noticeable when the drone is hovering.

How old are your props. Maybe try a new set of props.

I bought props set just a week ago, it's still the same jello.

No, it's not normal.  I've never seen it with my drone.

Please update or refresh the aircraft's firmware via the DJI Assistant 2 then perform another test to confirm if the problem can be resolved.
