1. When I start the Air2s and Fly from SC, there is no image from camera... Just black, no video signal... I change from Picture to Video mode and image comes instantly then works fine in any modes... Why that?
2. Today I have experienced another failure of DJi Fly on Smart Controller, was just ended and waited for restart... The longest 15 seconds...
Why? Where is the Log to check what the hell happens with Fly and Smart Controller??

I have the same issue with the Smart Controller and version 1.4.2 of the Fly app. I reverted back to version 1.4.0 and the “black screen” and “video freeze” issue is no longer present. I would suggest going back to version 1.4.0 of the Fly app until DJI resolves the issues caused by 1.4.2.

There’s is some lag in the video feed on the Smart Controller but there is no “black screen” nor “video freeze”. 1.4.0 is much more stable than 1.4.2.  I would highly recommend downgrading to 1.4.0 until DJI fixes the issues associated with 1.4.2.

Maybe DJI better start selling tomatoes. It is absurd that every new update has problems!

What version of the Fly app are you using?

DJI has updated the Smart Controller firmware today. I've updated and it has solved some problems I had with Fly 1.4.2. I haven't flown with it yet, but the black screen when switching from video to stills is fixed. I suspect other complaints have also been addressed. Would suggest you update and see if it solved any of your issues.

Hi I after updated software and my drone stop working black screen and error messages!!! I go next month to zanzibar have to sort problem soon as possible  , can't wait and in uk they can't repair it still in warranty what now ???

El mismo error me presentaba, normalmente volaba con SAMSUNG NOTE 10 PLUS... probe con otro el SAMSUNG S9 , y no tuve el problema! si puedes conseguir otro dispositivo mientras vas a ZANZIVAR, y espers con paciencia la actutalizacion.
